During times of grief and loss, we are often found grappling with a wide range of emotions that can be confusing to others who are not having the same experience. Finding a safe, supportive and empowering space filled with others who relate to your feelings can help you navigate your grief and loss easier.

The benefits of this community are endless - and will be continually expanding and growing along with the community itself. Think of it as a team of people who are working together to help one another grow, learn and heal. That’s a really beautiful thing.

The resources in this community are all cohesively connected to each other, they flow together and the best part is that there’s no timeline for completion. In fact, because we are constantly adding to these resources, your growth is endless.
